Two-storey comfortably fully furnished cottage holiday rental for 8 guests.

Ground floor: from the hall we have the lounge and dining room all in one in a superb modern decoration and top quality furniture. Opposite this room there is a twin bedded room in minimalist style decoration common in all bedrooms, and a shower room/WC. There is a well equipped kitchen comprises of fridge-freezer, washing machine, electric cooker, electric oven, dishwasher and micro wave-grill. French doors opening onto an over extended 5 square rod enclosed rear garden.  There is a summer house with garden for those who enjoy alfresco eating at lamplights peacefully. Smokers´ area provided with bar table and high seats. At the front garden there is the star of this street. There is an 80-year-old evergreen oak tree that owes its name to the street where our house is located.

First floor: marble staircase leads us upstairs. 2 twin bedded rooms. Bathroom with shower over bath/WC. And a twin bedded room with unsuited shower room/WC. Cot and highchair are also included.
